If a clothing product sizing is incorrect, send an email to simplysophiadanielle98@gmail.com with your last name, order #, and the item you purchased. Please let us know the correct size you would like and then send the item back within 14 days **WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS**. Please let us know what size you will need. If you need more insight on how the item fits, please include that in the original email.
If you simply do not like the item a full return will be refunded if the package is received within 14 days. The item MUST have the original tag included in the package.
WE WILL NOT TAKE BACK AN ITEM THAT HAS STAINS/HAIR/DEODORANT/MAKEUP ON IT.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please send an email to simplysophidadanielle98@gmail.com with your last name, order number, and a photo of the item. Send it back within 14 days and we will replace it for you.
Once a package is sent out from our warehouse, the shipping provider is solely responsible for it.
Any item marked under “Final Sale” can NOT be exchanged or returned.
ALL CRAFTS ARE NON RETURNABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE
If a craft is faulty or breaks, send an email to simplysophiadanielle98@gmail.com with your last name, order number, and a photo, we will send you a shipping label. Put your item in a box with the label on it and we will fix the item at no cost. The fixed item will be sent back to you within 14 days of receiving the damaged item.
